Rhodesian Contract Fabrique Nationale Auto 5 Semi-Automatic Riot Shotgun Serial A67397. Used condition. Has extended mag tube and forend. Forend has split that has been repaired. Does not have a buttplate. Overall good condition. These were imported years ago and this is the last of the last. 

Rhodesian Army number "RA296" marked on the right side of the receiver, bolt, and barrel.
