$175.00

Popular implement of Medieval fighting from the 13th to the 15th centuries, the Halberd could be found in many varieties, but generally designed with spear tip, hawkbill axe , and either a hook or plunging point on the opposite side. Perfect for manipulating the stance of an enemy opponent on horse or on the ground.  Our Halberd has a hardwood shaft with warhead or 'axe head' of 18.5 inches length from shaft to tip. The length is 7.5 feet and the shaft screws together 38 inches from the shaft bottom.  This item is not a toy and should be respected due to its heft. It is meant for display use with our suits of armor, available elsewhere on our web site. The axe head is steel and un-sharpened and every care should be taken to secure it properly when stored or on display. We have very few of these in stock, and we are not sure that we will see them again.  Order soon !
