American Volunteer Group chit worn during the early part of the Second World War. Usually sewn inside or outside the leather flight jacket. Provided a message in Chinese, to assist the pilot to safety and protect the person from the Japanese. Full size like the original, 10” x 8” , on synthetic material similar to leather. Neat conversation piece too!
