Model 1942 Mauser Bayonet Frog, issued initially to SS troops and later in the war, found its way to the Wehrmacht troops. Accepts up to a 2" wide belt. All leather and black color with heavy duty stitching, steel rivets and brass closure stud. New.

This is no beauty queen
I knew this was a reproduction, so I didn’t expect top-notch quality. It holds a K98 bayonet as well as Turkish and Czechoslovakian Mauser bayonets. Made from real leather, it should hold up well as a display piece. There are two drawbacks: first, the brass closure on the strap has a sharp backing that can scratch the wooden handle of any bayonet; second, the finish is a shiny black. Still, it was a good deal on sale.
