Crude at best
Metal parts are fairly crude and thickly painted with black paint and not parkerized. Fitment of the foregrip folding mechanism is very sloppy and doesn't quite latch right. The wood is sanded pretty smooth, but it's not properly inletted for a drop in fit. To fit in the reinforcement bracket to the stock you need to remove quite a bit of wood and then the holes for the mounting screws on that bracket are in the wrong place and need to be sort of obrounded. The stock to pistol grip joint is very poorly fit and filled with a thick seem of glue and sawdust. It becomes way more apparent when stained. Staining the stock is not easy. Not sure of the species of wood but it's on par with Birch for difficulty to stain. I wish I hadn't bought this. It takes a lot of work to get going and then it's still not really that great once all the time and money are spent.

Cool stock kit with some issues
This stock kit was pretty good, but had some issues I was able to address in my workshop. As described in the store listing, this stock is not ready to go out of the box, and needs fitting. For me, fitting included sanding the magwell to get the stock liner to fit, sanding the butt and redrilling holes
to get the buttplate hardware to line up and fit, as well as extending the stock ferrule. The stock was about 1/4" too short for the barrel band to fit correctly. The only other real issue is the glue seam on the pistol grip has already cracked before even firing the rifle.
Overall, I think the quality of the kit is acceptable. It's a good kit that has a lot of potential if you are handy and want to build an E2 clone.
