The Luger P-08is a famous toggle-locked, semi-automatic pistol designed by Georg Luger. Adopted by the German Army in 1908, it served as a primary sidearm through both World Wars. It is well-known for introducing the ubiquitous 9x19mm Parabellum (9mm Luger) cartridge

Frame is completely Stripped of parts with a blued finish

Condition is fair-good with some lite surface pitting on right side and a bit heavier around the trigger guard. The left side is much better and all internal machining appears  to have some level of staining but no pitting.  if you are looking for a shooter build this could be for you.
