Japanese WW2 ‘Dog Tag’ w/ fastening cord,… replicates the elliptical plate worn by Infantry soldiers amongst other Japanese military organizations during WW2. Tag is brass with engraved old style ‘kanji’ characters. While some plates were worn around the waist, some were around the neck or wrist. The fabric cord with these dog tags runs about 19 inches long. New mnfr.
