Jungle carbine bayonet
Excellent would be 5 starts but it is super tight on the bayo lug lock up.
Like rubber mallet tight on & back off.
Better tight then flopping around.
Looks great on my #'s matching No. 1 Mk5 jungle carbine -
All good
Not sure what these other fellas put this on, but it fit my no5 mk1 Jungle Carbine perfectly with no jiggle. This is an actual Jungle Carbine. Not a clone. I also have a Santa Fe Jungle Carbine clone. It didn’t quite fit that, but a little filing on the lug of this rifle and it fit that too. Very happy with the fit and finish of this reproduction.

Repro No.5 Bayonet
Expect to do some fit and finish work on the handle - I enjoy doing that but other might not. Everything else seems ok - needed a little breaking in to install and uninstall on the gun but is a solid fit to my No.5.

quality of manufacture
There are machine marks in the fuller on both sides of the bayonet.

BRITISH ENFIELD # 5 JUNGLE CARBINE BAYONET & SCABBARD
Junk. Hilt bent away from gun so far it was impossible to mount on gun.

"Enfeild Bayonet"
This is NOT made for an "Enfield" jungle carbine, but rather the RFI "jungle carbine", that only wants to be an Enfield JC. The locking mechanism is slightly different and if the seller had actually checked the fit before wasting everyone's time and money, they wouldn't be listing these as Enfield compatable.
The quality of the item is ok, but fits loosely and wobbles in the scabbard.
Overall, I'd recommend no one buys this for anything other than a bubba'fied pos Indian No7 jungle carbine in 7.62 Nato. I have one of those and it fits/locks perfectly onto it.
Bottom line, Run away and don't look back -
British #5 bayonet
fuller and scabbard has what looks to be machine and file marks on both sides. hand grips very poorly contured to metal. dents in wood. this is the 2nd one i have bought. this is absolutely the worst. ordering and shipping service was great
