A 'Blood Chit' that was usually sewn into flight jackets for helping to secure safety from the local populace which in this case, was over Russian and Russian held territory during the war . Double sided, often made of Rayon, it was both fabric and there was a paper version issued in an envelope for use in pockets. This fabric version measures about 18cm x 24.5 cm.
