Star Bonifacio Echeverria SA Model BG 9mm Pistol. These pistols are marked with 2 Horses on the side of the slide. There is not much info on them but it could be possible those 2 horses denotes that the pistol was intended to be sold by Star to the Syrian Gov. The contract was finally a failure and was never completed, but involved surplus Star pistols, most of them originally from the Guardia Civil, and some of them rechambered from the original 9mm largo to 9mm parabellum. The Syrians wanted their pistols to be marked with those 2 horses, so Star marked them, unfortunately at the end the Syrians did not buy the pistols, but the marks remained on them.
Pistols are used surplus pistol and may have dings and scratches from storage. Bores are in good shape and have plenty of life left.
