Order Status and Shipping Information

Orders typically take no more than 5 business days to ship with most shipping out faster. If an order is placed after hours on a Friday, we do not receive it until the following Monday. Please take this into consideration.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. We recommend signing up for alerts with your tracking number to receive updates directly from the carrier at www.ups.com/track or www.usps.com

If you have not received a tracking number within 7 days, please email orderstatus@sarcoinc.com and someone will reply within 24-48 hours.
