Nice display helmet
Nice inexpensive pickelhaube for the money. The brass rail on the back could be better, the wappen is poorly stamped but I intended to replace it with a nicer one anyways. The spike is nice because it has the proper air vent holes in it and a hole inside the helmet under the spike which many made in India helmets like this lack. The maker also brushed shellac or a clear sealer over the leather which is nice, as originals were coated with a black shellac like finish, but half of the front visor was missed so I had to touch it up. The pickelhaube has a nice look and displays well, happy with it overall.
