US Military M1 Carbine Tropical Nylon Sling. In Vietnam The Old Cotton Slings Would Rot Apart So These Nylon Slings Were Made and issued. They Just Have Two Slides Instead Of One. One goes Around The Oiler , The Other Goes Through The Front Swivel And Back Through The Slide. M1 And M2 Carbine As Well As The M3 And M3A1 Sub Machine Gun. Sling measures approximately 52" long.
