The J.P. Sauer & Sohn Model 1913 is a German-made, compact, blowback-operated semi-automatic pistol chambered in 7.65mm (.32 ACP). It was designed by Fritz Zehner and was first marketed as the "Sauer self-loading pistol" before being known as the Model 1913. Its design features include a tubular slide, a seven-round single-stack magazine with a heel release, and a fixed barrel with a concentric recoil spring. The pistol saw significant military use during World War I due to its compact size and reliability, and it was produced until 1930.
