Browning FN Auto 5 Super Light  

The Browning Auto-5 Super Light is a lightweight version of the classic Auto-5 shotgun, known for its reduced weight due to an aluminum alloy receiver and parts, beginning in the 1950s and continuing through the 1960s. These vintage guns are often a "Light Twelve" or "Light Sixteen" model, featuring either a gray or black matte finish, textured receiver, and often come with a round-knob grip and a slide safety instead of a crossbolt. Some of the Super Light models from the late 1960s had issues with finish flaking and stock cracking, which were resolved by 1972 through heat-treated receivers and denser wood.
