Bren 30 rd. .308 Combat Vest

Chest rigs as used with the Bren L4 series guns , AKs, and similar assault weapons in African ‘Bush’ wars. Originally fielded in Rhodesia for 30rd .308 magazines, it can still be seen in use from Mali, Congo, Southern Sudan and elsewhere on the continent. Simple, practical, and comfortable to wear. Has fastening waist strap and shoulder straps.  This item has never been on the market! Vest only.

    The fabric is so lightweight it would not stand up to heavy use. The fasteners that close the pouches are flimsy and are of poor design. Requiring fine motor skills to secure. The back straps are also flimsy.

    FAL magazine pouch

    Fits two 30 round FAL mags per pouch with some extra space. Also fits 60 round AK74 quad stack mags. The waist belt is solid quality, but the shoulder straps aren't very durable. Definitely a good base to customize your own kit.
