Barrel is precision machined on modern CNC equipment starting with a forged blank of 4140 steel. This is the best way to manufacture the barrel ensuring a strong and precise final product. We have had excellent reports on how accurate this barrel is. We have gone through extensive QC to ensure proper fit and function. Please note all barrels should be installed by a gunsmith. It is possible that these barrels may require minor fitting due to variations between the different manufacturers of parts and pistols.

Outstanding fit except that it did not come with the ring to allow for complete mounting in weapon.
