1903A3 Springfield Band & Hardware Set Complete

Buttplate and upper band holes did not fit my stock. Sling swivel finish was poor. Other parts were very nice.

I am "unsporterizing" a rifle that I got cheap, and turned to Sarco for the necessary parts to accomplish that. I'm not looking to do a perfect, period-correct rebuild...just get my gun back into a military-style stock. This kit was cheap, and for the price, it will work for my purposes. However, be aware that some of these parts are not original mil-spec, and appear to be cheap aftermarket copies. The front band screw doesn't even come close to lining up with the hole in the stock, and the other bands are pretty flimsy and appear to be new production. The stock swivel and buttplate look to be original GI, or at least quality reproductions. Sarco shipped quickly, the kit was complete, and for the price these satisfied my purposes, but if you're looking to do a true mil-spec rebuild, I'd look at other options.

Excellent all parts looked new except the butt plate and it wasn't bad just didn't look as good as the other parts.
