Winchester Model 1904 Rifle – Caliber .22 Short.  Very old bolt action single shot rifle.  Has distinctive curving trigger guard and classic sling hook eyes in stock and under barrel.  Most metal is a gray/brown color with a trace of blue remaining.  The bore is bright and shiny with excellent rifling.  The rear sight is of correct pattern and retains nearly full blue.  Stock has an old refinish and is very clean and free of dents.  Butt marked with number 24” on right cheek.  All markings are clear and unworn; metal virtually free of rust or pitting.  A nice, clean example for collectors.
